Our products are fresh and perishable. To maintain quality, customers should refrigerate microgreens promptly after delivery and consume them within a reasonable period.
Casa Grows is not responsible for loss of freshness, spoilage, or damage resulting from improper storage, delayed refrigeration, mishandling, or consumption after the recommended freshness period.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged order, or a product that appears unfit for consumption at the time of delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
